We are so excited to reveal January’s recipients: Marcos Orozco Montes and Walter Karstens!
Marcos Orozco Montes has won our “WILD Thing Award” for demonstrating exceptional responsibility and possessing an incredible work ethic as he tackled a variety of projects as the Clearing/Grading Coordinator. We were specifically blown away by his ability to organize, plan and execute while handling one of our highest profile projects. Marcos began his career with RiverWILD back in 2019, and we’re so proud to have him on our team.
Walter Karstens has won our “WILD Factor ‘Will to Win’ Award,” demonstrating true efficiency as the Project Coordinator for RiverWILD Construction. Walter’s time management skills and tenacity when working against deadlines help each project move smoothly. Walter began his career with RiverWILD Construction as an intern in Summer of 2022, and has recently been promoted as he continues to produce great work and personify our core values.
