One27 Homes most recent Downtown Clayton project, Academy Pointe, was featured in the TBJ. The piece outlined our planned 133 single-family home, 110 apartment, and 12 townhome project set to be completed in 2021.
“Clayton homebuilder One27Homes has begun work on Academy Pointe, which is set to include 133 single-family homes, 110 apartments and 12 townhomes. The project is situated at 235 E. Wilson Street by Cooper Academy and within walking distance of downtown Clayton.
Construction is currently underway on the single-family portion of the site and has yet to begin on the apartments. Work is complete on the townhomes and residents have already begun moving in. Single family homes will come in a variety of layouts including alley-load house plans and street loading house plans with a single-car garage.
Clayton-based Jaclyn Smith Properties is the realtor on the project and sales have already begun.
In addition to its proximity to downtown Clayton, amenities at Academy Pointe include extensive walking trails in and around the development. The new community comes as developments continue to pop up in Johnston County.”
