Announcing Our February 2024 WILD Thing Award Winners: Mark & Austen

Our WILD Awards are given to the folks who consistently demonstrate our core values – whether on a job site or in the office, these individuals embody them in everything they do.
We are so excited to reveal February’s recipients: Mark Pahlmann and Austen Jones!
Mark Pahlmann has won our “WILD Thing Award” for exhibiting a will to win in a variety of tasks as the Sales & Design Coordinator for RiverWILD Homes. His entire team has been impressed with his immediate impact as well as his ability to go above and beyond – from carrying out his day-to-today responsibilities, to helping our agents, to onboarding new agents, to supervising an intern, and helping keep our office tidy. Mark began his career with RiverWILD Homes in January of 2024 after serving as a RiverWILD Real Estate Agent for several years. We are very lucky to have him on our team!
Austen Jones has won our “WILD Factor ‘Intentional Adaptability’ Award” for demonstrating patience and follow-through as the Grading Coordinator for RiverWILD Construction. He is known to complete every task on-time and with thoughtful consideration. Austen began his career with RiverWILD Construction in May of 2021, and has recently been promoted to his current role. We are so proud to have Austen on our team and look forward to seeing him grow.
