Into the Wild: Meet Our Intern Class of 2024

May 30, 2024

Summer is here and we’re planning for a season of exciting opportunities to learn and grow together. Throughout our WILD brands, we aim to impact and develop people. This is our “why” and a guidepost for everything we do, including our robust internship program. We love to steward young people in the community and help them find their skills, discover their passions, and give them the resources and support they need to step into the real world – “Into the Wild.”

We’re very proud to welcome our 2024 summer internship class as they embark on a journey to gain real-world experience the WILD Way. We feel truly humbled to guide these young professionals through this transformative experience!

Our annual “Into the Wild” summer program provides interns with full exposure and immersion into our WILD brands across real estate, development, homes, construction, agriculture, and philanthropy. Through hands-on experience, we’ll teach this driven group of young compassionate leaders about disciplined execution and what it takes to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The program also consists of professional development workshops like, “Interpersonal communication and conflict resolution in the workplace.” Each is aimed at building lifelong leadership skills they can practice no matter the career path they choose. After the internship, we hope they feel confident to focus on how they can positively impact the world around them – not just produce results.

Here’s to a successful summer – join us in celebrating our interns!
