Our very own Jaclyn Smith was recently featured in the Triangle Business Journal’s cover story, “As Sales Dip Market Goes Viral“.
“We had a really good first quarter. It was record-breaking,” Jaclyn Smith said of her Johnston County company. “I feel like it’ll be in the history books as one of the best ever.
“Covid-19 changed things for us a bit.”
Smith started in the real estate business in 2013 around the same time her husband, Reid, a longtime homebuilder in the area began his company, One27Homes. Soon, she was growing her company, selling homes amid some of the best years the Triangle market has seen.
“We’ve definitely seen it grow,” Smith said.
