Woodard Oaks

Woodard Oaks is a single family home community in Johnston County, NC. This 56-home development leveraged all of our RiverWild divisions and services, from entitlement to close out. 

Larger lot sizes and open floor plans are in high demand as more families relocate or look for room to grow in Johnston County. Woodard Oaks provided much-needed estate lots that offered clients no HOA, no city taxes, and ample wooded privacy with convenient proximity to the Triangle. 

Our team managed all acquisition, design, entitlement processing and approvals. We then executed the pre-construction phase, including value engineering and estimating before construction drawing approval. Finally, our crews constructed these beautiful homes and sold them to their new residents.
