Hollybrook

Hollybrook is a single family development located in Wendell, NC.  This 100 acre development is supplying much needed housing to keep up with Wendell’s explosive growth. 

RiverWILD is tasked with project management and construction of the development, which is being built in six phases, totaling 263 residential units, a sports club, and a community playground.  A major component of the development is a new pump station and force main piping (10,800LF of piping) which has been built by our site work brand and will be operated by the City of Raleigh. Pump station construction remained on schedule despite an enormous amount of rock that needed to be removed. 

The first two phases of the development are now going vertical with new houses, with our construction division finishing the remaining phases. Build-out of the subdivision is estimated in early 2024.
