FEATURED PROJECTS

Thanksgiving Elementary

We were contracted by WIMCO to do this third party school grading and utility contract. Services included site grading, utilities, curb, stone, and asphalt.

In addition to the sitework, we were contracted to install a PS- 190 GPM and 6,500lf of 6″ PVC sewer force main piping and two under creeks: one under a swamp area, and one under a subdivision entrance.

Tractor Supply Company

We were hired by WIMCO to do turnkey site development for the new Tractor Supply Company in Clayton, NC. The scope of work included site grading activities, utilities, curb & gutter, stone, and asphalt. Work area included the TSC property and offsite on HWY 42.

In addition to the sitework, we also converted a wet pond into a bio pond at the wettest part of the year. We worked from sun up to sun down 7 days a week for the owner to get the job done on time. As built the pond as it was being built to insure there were no concerns about the finished product and pond was being built perfectly to detail

Town of Clayton Access Road

This turnkey site development project was for the Town of Clayton access road and WRF early grading. This project consisted of erosion control, earthwork, water and storm utilities, and ABC access road to the project.

Success for us was bringing our Will to Win on a demanding project schedule with large scale requirements. We moved over 200,000 CY of dirt, over 100,000 CY of that was moved offsite. We also installed storm drainage and over 3,500 LF of waterline.

Little Creek Sewer

The project consists of Sanitary Sewer System Improvements, including 8, 10, and 12-inch PVC gravity sewer main, 30-inch PVC gravity sewer main, 24 and 30-inch DI gravity sewer main, steel casing by bore & jack, steel casing by open cut, abandonment of 1,700 ft of existing 18-inch sewer, and By-pass Pumping.

Academy Pointe

This project was a RiverWILD multi-phase residential development in downtown Clayton, NC. Site work included  retaining walls, storm filter, highlighting dirt import, aerial showing the urban location, and aggressive schedule.

Hollybrook

We have completed 180 lots for this multi-phase community, with additional lots coming in 2023.  This project also included a new Pump Station and force main piping with 10,800LF of piping. Some challenges with this project was the pump station and majority of force main was in rock, we also had to maneuver existing utilities, and overcome material procurement issues.
