Ashcroft Section II

Ashcroft Section II is a mixed-use development located near the heart of downtown Clayton, NC. This 221 acre development represents one of the largest housing projects in Johnston County, providing 772 units and a commercial component. 

As the Clayton community continues to grow, so does demand for a variety of housing types. Ashcroft Section II delivers this variety with 180 apartments, 299 townhomes, 293 single-family homes, and 105,000 square feet of commercial space. 

This project will leverage all of our RiverWILD brands and services project, starting with development, which managed acquisition, conceptual design, entitlement processing and approvals. We then executed the pre-construction phase, including value engineering and estimating before construction drawing approval. 

Construction is now underway, and we will begin building homes in the first phases in Spring, 2023.
