“Earlier this year, developer RiverWild filed plans for Ashcroft Section 2, calling for 293 single-family units, 299 townhome units, 180 apartment units, and 105,000 square feet of commercial space.”
“The project is Smith’s latest in Clayton, and the largest one to date. His companies are also behind the massive Academy Pointe development in downtown Clayton, which is set to include 133 single-family homes, 110 apartments and 12 townhomes. One27Homes has already begun work on the project.”
